Why do we wait till something untoward happens instead of nipping it in the bud?

There is a proverb in tamil. The one should do actions without hesitation. That action is called '' nip in the bud ''. To save ourself some strict actions is a must. Knowing well the plant have the thorn and disturbing our way, it is better to clear the thorn by hands otherwise we need labor and weapons to clear later if it grows well. If it is allowed, it will disturb all and everyone. All will suffer of the thorns. so, better to nip in the bud.
